Running Reports

View the operational ledger

1. Open Reports → Report Ledger.
2. Choose a report-day preset or enter a start and end date.
3. If you can access more than one facility, select a facility or leave All Facilities selected.
4. Optionally select a producer.
5. Review load count, gross volume, GSV, weighted measurements, and rows marked as missing.

The report day follows the facility’s configured operational-cycle boundary; it is not necessarily midnight-to-midnight.

View a grouped summary

Open Summary, set the date/facility/producer filters, then choose Bay, Producer, or Carrier grouping. Summary results include load count, gross volume, GSV, and weighted temperature/API values.

Run or schedule a standard report

Open Scheduled Jobs to create a job for a daily company, daily producer, daily trucking, or monthly report. Choose the output format, schedule, and any delivery settings shown in the form.

From the job’s action menu you can:

• run it immediately;
• pause or resume its schedule; or
• delete it.

Scheduled output depends on the API worker and email configuration being active. If a run fails, confirm the job settings, organization context, and server logs before retrying.
